**Account data**: email, hashed password, subscription status. **MetaTrader connection data**: your expert token (not your broker password). We never request or store your broker username or password. **Usage data**: signal-processing logs and position data — used to operate the Service and improve AI accuracy. **Telegram data**: a secure connection to Telegram to read the channels you configure. We do not store message content beyond what is needed to process signals.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you and run your subscription. - To process signals from your configured channels. - To send you risk alerts (WhatsApp/Telegram). - To improve signal classification using anonymised logs.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: - Infrastructure providers (hosting, database) under data-processing agreements. - Payment processors (to handle billing).
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 12 months after you close it, unless a longer period is required by law. Signal-processing logs are retained for up to 12 months.
