Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

KoreSignal ("we", "us") operates the KoreSignal platform at https://koresignal.com. For questions about this policy, contact us via the Contact page.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: email, hashed password, access status. MetaTrader connection data: your expert token (not your broker password). We never request or store your broker username or password. Usage data: signal-processing logs and position data — used to operate the Service and improve AI accuracy. Telegram data: a secure connection to Telegram to read the channels you configure. We do not store message content beyond what is needed to process signals.

2.bis. Cookies and analytics on this website

This site stores two things in your browser, both from the same analytics tool (Mixpanel): a random identifier in a cookie, and a temporary technical queue where events are grouped before being sent, which empties itself. It is shared across koresignal.com, the demo and the app so that one visit is not counted as three different people — it is the only way to know how many of the people who read the site go on to open an account.

What that analytics does NOT store:

  • Your IP address is not stored. It is switched off in the configuration, so Mixpanel does not use it, not even to infer your country. The only geolocation the product does happens on our own server, once you have an account.
  • Not your name, not your email, nothing that identifies you. Until you create an account you are a random number and nothing else.
  • Not the full address you visit. We record the page path and, if you arrived from one of our ads, the campaign label we put on that link ourselves (the utm parameters). Nothing else after the question mark leaves your browser: if someone shares a link with your name or your email inside it, that part is not sent.

We do not use advertising or third-party cookies to follow you around other sites.

If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" signal, we honour it and nothing is recorded. You can also delete or block the cookie from your browser settings at any time: the site works exactly the same without it.

The processing is carried out by Mixpanel, Inc. (United States) as a data processor, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Two other tools, and they put nothing in your browser: we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to know which pages are visited and how long they take to load. They use no cookies and no storage, they do not identify you and they do not follow you across sites: they count visits and measure speed.

When you create an account the anonymity ends, and that is deliberate. From then on your email and your name are joined in Mixpanel to the identifier you had before, so we can answer the one question that actually matters: whether what you read on the site matches what turned out to be useful. It still does not receive your password, your keys or your exact account balance.

2.ter. Affiliate programme applications

If you send the form on the affiliates page, we collect what you type into it: name, email, link to your channel, the size and language of your audience, country, how you plan to promote it, and which channel you would like us to reply on.

Purpose and legal basis: handling your application and replying to you. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form — it is never pre-ticked, and nothing is sent without it.

What we do not ask for there, and it is not an oversight: bank details, identity documents and broker credentials. None of that is requested on a public form. If your application is approved, payment details are agreed over a private channel.

Retention: we keep the application for as long as the conversation lasts and up to 12 months after it closes. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it.

Recipients: the application arrives by email in our inbox and nowhere else. It is not shared, not sold, and does not feed any marketing list.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To authenticate you and manage your access.
  • To process signals from your configured channels.
  • To send you risk alerts (WhatsApp/Telegram).
  • To improve signal classification using anonymised logs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data, and your channel list is not for sale. We share it only with the providers that run the Service, under data-processing agreements and only for that purpose:

  • Infrastructure (hosting, database).
  • AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic), which receive the text of your channels' messages to classify each signal and, when a report is generated, the channel name with its result. This is what makes the product possible: without that analysis there is no trading decision.
  • Product analytics and error monitoring (Mixpanel, Sentry), which receive technical identifiers — including a channel's identifier — to measure usage and diagnose faults. They never receive your password, your keys, or your exact account balance.
  • Payment processors, to handle billing.

4.bis. Embedded video

If a page shows a demo video, nothing loads from YouTube until you press play: until then you only see an image hosted on our own server and no request reaches Google. On play, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com and Google's privacy policy applies from that point, which may store identifiers in your browser. If you never play it, none of that happens.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 12 months after you close it, unless a longer period is required by law. Signal-processing logs are retained for up to 12 months.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us via the Contact page.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and passwords are always stored encrypted.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will notify users with active access of material changes. The date at the top reflects the last update.
