1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KoreSignal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
KoreSignal is a software tool that connects Telegram trading-signal channels to your own MetaTrader 5 or 4 terminal via an expert advisor. It reads, classifies, and executes trading signals using artificial intelligence, according to the channels and risk settings you choose. KoreSignal runs inside your own MetaTrader: it never holds your funds and never receives your broker password. It is a tool — not a broker, fund manager, or investment advisor.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service is billed as a flat subscription fee. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current period. **All payments are final and non-refundable.** We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated returns for partial periods, unused time, downtime, dissatisfaction, or trading losses of any kind. KoreSignal does not take a cut of your profits.
4. Your Sole Responsibility
You are solely and entirely responsible for your trading. This includes, without limitation: which signal channels you follow, the risk limits and settings you configure, whether to run in simulation or live, and every trade opened, modified, or closed on your account — automatically or manually. KoreSignal executes the configuration you choose; it does not decide for you which trades are sound, nor does it guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for monitoring your account, your open positions, and your connection status at all times.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, including financial-services rules in your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for personal use by retail traders. You access it on your own initiative and are responsible for ensuring it is lawful for you to do so where you live.
6. Risk Acknowledgement
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, commodities, crypto, and other leveraged instruments involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital, and potentially more. Past performance of any signal channel does not guarantee future results. See our Risk Disclosure.
7. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that signals will be read or executed correctly or on time, or that using it will be profitable. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoreSignal and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including losses from automated or manual trading, signal latency, AI misclassification, connectivity failures, broker execution, or third-party channels. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KoreSignal and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your trades, your chosen channels, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis to users worldwide. KoreSignal makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in any particular location; you access it on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by general principles of contract law, and any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis (no class actions). If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
