1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KoreSignal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
KoreSignal is a software tool that connects Telegram trading-signal channels to your own MetaTrader 4 or 5. It reads, classifies, and executes trading signals using artificial intelligence, according to the channels and risk settings you choose. You can connect your MetaTrader in two ways: with an expert advisor you install in your own MetaTrader, in which case KoreSignal never receives your broker password, or with the cloud service described in section 2.bis. In no case does KoreSignal hold your funds or have the ability to withdraw or transfer them. It is a tool — not a broker, fund manager, or investment advisor.
2.bis. Cloud Service
If you choose to connect in the cloud, you provide in the app your MetaTrader version, your broker's server, your account number and your trading password, and you authorize KoreSignal to sign in to that account for the sole purpose of copying the signals of the channels you configure and applying your limits. By doing so:
- You remain the sole holder of your broker account and solely responsible for every trade opened, modified or closed in it. - The one-time password (OTP) must be turned off in MetaTrader; if your account requires it, the connection cannot be completed. - The connection is usually ready within minutes, but it is not instant: if every available spot is busy, it waits and starts by itself, in order of arrival, as soon as one frees up. - You can disconnect the cloud at any time from the app; from that moment we stop signing in to your account. - If you also had the expert running, we pause it once the cloud is ready, so nothing is traded twice. The membership covers one MetaTrader account. - The cloud service requires an active membership, is included in it, and is governed by the same payment terms, with no refunds, of section 3, and by section 7: it is provided "as is".
3. Payments and Access
Access to the Service is paid up front for the period you choose. If you pay by card through our payment processor (Whop), the membership renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price until you turn renewal off, which you can do at any time from the app; when you turn it off you keep access until the end of the period already paid and are not charged again. If you pay with cryptocurrency, the payment is one-time and access ends at the close of the paid period unless you renew it. All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated returns for partial periods, unused time, downtime, dissatisfaction, or trading losses of any kind. KoreSignal does not take a cut of your profits.
4. Your Sole Responsibility
You are solely and entirely responsible for your trading. This includes, without limitation: which signal channels you follow, the risk limits and settings you configure, whether to run in simulation or live, and every trade opened, modified, or closed on your account — automatically or manually. KoreSignal executes the configuration you choose; it does not decide for you which trades are sound, nor does it guarantee any outcome. You are responsible for monitoring your account, your open positions, and your connection status at all times.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, including financial-services rules in your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for personal use by retail traders. You access it on your own initiative and are responsible for ensuring it is lawful for you to do so where you live.
6. Risk Acknowledgement
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, commodities, crypto, and other leveraged instruments involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital, and potentially more. Past performance of any signal channel does not guarantee future results. See our Risk Disclosure.
7. No Warranties
We work to keep the Service continuously available. There may be occasional interruptions for maintenance, because of third-party failures (your broker, Telegram, your internet provider), in the cloud also because of failures of our own servers, or for causes outside our reasonable control; when they happen, your open trades keep the stop and target already placed at your broker and, if you use the expert, your max drawdown cap and your profit lock keep applying inside your own MetaTrader. Beyond that, the Service is provided "as is": we do not warrant that it will be error-free, that every signal will be read or executed correctly or on time, or that using it will be profitable. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoreSignal and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including losses from automated or manual trading, signal latency, AI misclassification, connectivity failures, broker execution, or third-party channels. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KoreSignal and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Service, your trades, your chosen channels, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users with active access of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis to users worldwide. KoreSignal makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in any particular location; you access it on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Pereira, Risaralda. Any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis (no class actions). If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
