Risk Disclosure

1. General Risk Warning

Trading foreign exchange (forex), CFDs, commodities, and other leveraged instruments involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You may lose more than your initial investment. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

2. Automated Trading Risk

Automated signal execution adds risks beyond manual trading:

  • Signal latency: there is always a delay between a signal being posted in Telegram and the order reaching MetaTrader. Market conditions may change in that interval.
  • AI errors: the AI may misread ambiguous, incomplete, or multi-language signals. Review your history and the reason for each decision regularly.
  • Connectivity: if your MetaTrader, VPS, or internet is interrupted, signals may not execute. KoreSignal shows connection status — monitor it.
  • Broker execution: slippage, requotes, and partial fills depend on your broker and the market, not on KoreSignal.

3. Signal Channel Risk

KoreSignal automates the execution of third-party signals. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, profitability, or legality of any channel. Past performance of a channel does not indicate future results.

4. Risk Controls Are Not a Guarantee

KoreSignal provides daily, weekly and monthly loss limits, and a daily gain you can choose to protect. You decide what happens when any of them is reached: alert you only, stop opening new trades, or close the open ones. None of those actions can prevent losses caused by gaps, slippage, or fast-moving markets that jump past your stop, nor guarantee that a close executes at any particular price. You remain solely responsible for managing your open positions at all times.

5. Your Sole Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the signal channels you choose, the risk settings you configure, and every trade on your account. KoreSignal executes your configuration; it does not decide which trades are sound and does not guarantee any result. Any outcome — profit or loss — is yours.

6. Regulatory Notice

KoreSignal is a software tool, not a broker, fund manager, or financial advisor. It is not registered with, authorised by, or regulated by any financial authority, and it does not provide regulated financial services. You use it on your own initiative and at your own risk, and you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing in the KoreSignal platform, documentation, or communications constitutes investment, financial, or trading advice. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making decisions.

8. What We Do Not Offer

So there is no doubt about what KoreSignal is and is not:

  • We are not a broker. Your account is with the broker you choose, and your money never passes through us.
  • We do not manage your money. We hold no funds, cannot move them and cannot withdraw them. We never ask for your broker password.
  • We do not provide financial advice. KoreSignal executes the rules you configure, against signals from channels you already subscribe to.
  • We do not produce or sell signals. The signals are third-party; we execute and constrain them.
  • We do not trade binary options. We do not support them, do not execute them, and have no plans to.
  • We guarantee no results. No risk control can prevent every loss.

9. Simulated Results

Simulation mode trades practice money against real market prices, and everything it shows is a hypothetical result. A hypothetical result carries a limitation worth understanding: it is computed already knowing how the price moved, and it does not bear the things that do affect a real trade — slippage on entry, the spread widening on a news release, a market gap at the Sunday open, or your broker rejecting the order.

That is why a channel can look good in simulation and behave worse with real money. Past performance, simulated or real, does not predict future performance. Simulation is there to rule out what clearly does not work, not to confirm what does.

10. Acknowledgement

By using KoreSignal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks described in this disclosure, and that you alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
